Nothing fits...it sucks so bad when you put on a million things that at one time was too big but now don't even come close.

so it's 1:30 when i woke up. a lot of people say sleeping odd hours will make you gain weight. i completely agree with them. so far i haven't eaten except a singles slice of cheese. so i need to go fix food. i will post a photo of what i fix me.

late night munchies...
Not the best thing to eat to think about losing weight...but boy does it taste good. I guess i found weakness number 1.

Creating the New Me! is hopefully going to be the push i need. I will update daily with exercise, what i've ate, and a photo of me. It may seem like a lot of TMI for you all but i think it will be the public commitment that i've needed to really begin to change me for the better.
my starting weight is 288llbs. my starting shirt size is a 2x and my pants size is a 20.
my goal weight is around 145 lbs. I want to be comfortably in around a 10-12 (wouldn't complain if i was a smaller size though). the main thing is i want to be healthy.
anyway i will see you all tomorrow for day 1 of a new me. see you there!
